We are aware that the demographic of our Junior Choir members doesn't align with the demographic of the chaperone team. We wouldn't want to be without any of our current chaperones, but while we are aiming to expand our team, we are looking at ways to do this with increased diversity in mind.

Do you have any suggestions for how we could increase the diversity of our team, other than advertising in a wider range of places?
