We collect anonymous but essential statistical information about our project participants once per year. Inclusion and accessibility are at the heart of our activities, so to check we are not unintentionally excluding any particular group of people, we collect information on ‘protected characteristics’ as defined in The Equality Act 2010, including gender, ethnicity and disability. In providing these details, you are giving explicit consent for us to use this data for statistical reporting.

The data is not personally attributable, is not linked to your choir booking form, is managed confidentially and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act. If you prefer not to provide some of the information, you can use the ‘Prefer not to say’ option.
